CHN Leaders in the Field

From March 21–28, 2026, at Shanghai University and the Suzhou Museum (China), Ibrahim Tchan, Co-Coordinator for Francophone Africa at the Climate Heritage Network (CHN), participated in the ICOM–IMREC Digital Leadership Programme. His contribution focused on digital museality in West Africa in the context of climate change, highlighting the DigiMBox (Digital Museum Box) as a practical research case. He also presented the work of the Climate Heritage Network, with particular emphasis on its initiatives in Francophone Africa, promoting collaborative, context-driven and sustainable approaches to digital heritage.
